At Big Hand Props, each prop is crafted and shipped with care, tailored to your order. Due to the custom nature and immediate production costs involved, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your prop arrives damaged, please send us a photo at support@bighandprops.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll assess the damage and work diligently to offer a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
